My approach to teaching theatre is grounded in the belief that theatre education should develop not only skilled artists, but thoughtful and responsible people. The rehearsal room is one of the few spaces where individuals are asked to listen deeply, collaborate meaningfully, and explore perspectives beyond their own. For this reason, I view theatre training as both an artistic and civic practice: a place where students build professional craft while also learning how storytelling can shape culture, empathy, and community."
